Deputy Governor of Marib governorate Dr. Abed-Rabbo Meftah received today, Wednesday, a delegation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) headed by the Coordinator of the Institutional and Economic Resilience Project in Yemen (SIRE) Martin Vanderel.
The meeting aimed to discuss the expansion of the SIRE's interventions in the governorate during the next year.

The Deputy governor praised the UNDP's interventions and projects in the governorate, underlining the importance of strengthening the existing humanitarian partnership between UNDP and the local authority to achieve recovery and sustainable development.
The UNDP's delegation noted that its visit to the governorate aims to inspect the outcomes of the implemented projects and to know the need for sustainable development projects that will be presented to the donor community early year and mobilize funds for their implementation.
