The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Deputy Chief of General Staff Maj. General Ahmed al-Basser held talks today, Sunday, in the temporary capital Aden with Military Advisor of the UN's Envoy to Yemen Antony Hayward and his accompanying delegation.

The discussions covered topical military issues amid the persistent attacks by the terrorist Houthi militias on the armed forces' positions in the various frontlines.

General al-Basser explained that the Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias holds a racist-sectarian scheme aimed to destabilize Yemen and the region, affirming that these militias do not believe in peace .

The UN's envoy military advisor said " The UN has been deeply engaged in re-assessing the situations in order to help realizing peace in Yemen amid the ongoing serious developments and the critical stage Yemen has been experiencing.
