IMF announces supporting Ukraine with USD 2.2 billion

The International Monetary Fund has announced reaching agreement with Ukrainian government within the fourth review of the EFF Arrangement Applied currently to support Kyiv with USD 2.2 billion.
The IMF made it clear in a statement that the agreement must get the green light from the Board of Trustees, which is expected to meet during the forthcoming weeks.
This support is the fourth batch from the Assistant Program, which is worth USD 15.6 billion adopted in March 2023 in the framework of huge international support plan worth USD 122 billion.
