Yemeni's Ambassador to Russia Ahmed al-Wahishi discussed Friday with Mikhail Bogdanov, the Special Envoy of the Russian President to the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, latest developments in Yemen and ways to enhance the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

Ambassador al-Wahishi touched upon the government's efforts in implementing comprehensive reforms, affirming the government's commitment to fulfilling its responsibilities towards the Yemeni people.

In turn, the Special Envoy of the Russian President reiterated his country's continued support for Yemen and its keenness to enhance cooperation in vital sectors that serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and support efforts to achieve the desired peace in Yemen.
