Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Maj. Gen. Faraj al-Bahsani has laid emphasis on the importance of promoting international cooperation to combat terrorism and achieve peace in the region.

Heading a meeting of the Supreme Committee to celebrate the eighth anniversary of purging coastal Hadhramaut from Al-Qaeda, he bragged in the achievements realized by Hadhramaut in security, culture and development fields, following the liberation of Hadhramout's coastal cities from Al-Qaeda on in 2016.

He asserted the need to highlight these celebrations to leave a positive impact on the local community and enhance patriotism.
