Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, along with Member of the Council Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, came back to the transitional capital of Aden coming from Saudi Arabia.
In a statement to Saba, President al-Alimi confirmed keenness of the council and the government on honoring their pledges to Yemeni people of working from inside the homeland, rebuilding state institutions, improving livelihood, service and economic conditions, as well as enhancing Yemen's position in the region and the world.
He pointed out to vital interventions to be implemented this year in different fields, including laying foundation stones to a number of service and developmental projects with financing form Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
On the other hand, President al-Alimi confirmed commitment of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government on realizing permanent peace on the three internationally agreed upon references led by Security Resolution 2216.
He re-welcomed all positive efforts for realizing this goal.
