Yemen’s Ambassador and Permanent Delegate to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Dr. Mohammed Jmeih has said that UNESCO has dispatched an international monitoring and response mission, with the participation of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), to the Island of Socotra, which is listed as a Natural World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent Friday a congratulatory cable to President Yoon Suk-yeol of the Republic of Korea on the occasion of his country's National Day.
The President, on behalf of himself, the council members and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Yoon Suk-yeoo, wishing good health and happiness for him and for the government and people of Korea more progress and prosperity.
