Aden – Saba
The Yemeni government has expressed its condemnation in the strongest terms of the Iranian regime's aggression against the Kurdistan region in Iraq, which targeted residential neighborhoods, including schools for children, killing and wounding dozens.
In a statement the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs said this attack, in addition to being a violation of the sovereignty of Iraq, is considered a new targeting of security and stability in the region in a miserable attempt to create an external crisis for internal reasons through which the Iranian regime seeks to veer attention off the renewing revolution of the Iranian people against the mullahs' regime in Tehran.
"In this regard, the Yemeni government is following with great concern the excessive use of force and brutal repression by the Iranian regime against the brotherly Iranian people, and affirms its support for the people and their aspirations to achieve their legitimate rights to freedom, dignity and equal citizenship," the statement added.
