President Hadi: We're keen to negotiate political settlement

The President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has made it clear that he has been very keen to stop bloodshed of the Yemenis, sit-down together to negotiate political solution to end the imposed war which the Yemeni peoples are suffering its consequences.
His statement came as he received today the US envoy to Yemen Timothy Lendersking to discuss the ongoing efforts to realize peace, end the war in Yemen.
He said" We do agree with the American side about the strategic issues, first of all is not to transform the Iranian experiment to Yemen and the region, secure international marine lines and fight terrorism".
He added" We also support all regional and international efforts to reach permanent and comprehensive peace based on the GCC's Initiative, outcomes of the National Dialogue and the International Security Council resolutions in relevance".
The American envoy confirmed his administration's support for President Hadi and his government's efforts to achieve peace. He also affirmed support for Yemen, its unity and for the efforts to make peace.
