Yemen’s Vice President lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh has sent a cable of congratulations to Meshaal al-Ahmed al-Saba over his endorsement by the Kuwaiti emir and parliament for the position of Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.
The Vice President wished al-Sabah success in his position to serve the Kuwaiti nation, appreciating the history of Kuwait in supporting the Yemeni people and praising the relations between the two brotherly countries.
