A child was killed today by a sniper affiliated with the Houthi terrorist militias, backed by the Iranian regime, in the al-Rawdah neighborhood of Taiz city while returning home from school.

Local sources reported that a Houthi sniper targeted the child Ibrahim Jalal, 14, with a direct shot that struck his heart, killing him instantly in an incident that reflects the ongoing targeting of civilians within residential areas.

The sources confirmed that this crime adds to a serial of ongoing violations committed by the militia against civilians in the city of Taiz, particularly children and women, amid repeated escalation of sniper attacks in populated areas.
