The Prime Minister Salem bin Braik stated that Yemen is looking forward to get greater contribution by the People's Republic of China to sustain the government's ongoing efforts to address the pressing needs and alleviate the humanitarian suffering at this critical stage.
His statement came during his talks today, Tuesday, with the Chargé d' Affaires of the embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Yemen Shao Cheng.
Bin Braik celebrated the Yemeni-Chinese robust bilateral relations, deeply appreciating Beijing's supportive stances in support of the Yemeni people and official political leadership.
He cited the Chinese government's recent decision to exempt Yemeni products and exports from customs duties as an example of the China's constant support for Yemen.
The Chines diplomat affirmed that China will continue to provide development and humanitarian aids to the Yemeni people.
He also stated that Beijing is willing contribute to the reconstruction process.
