As it happened last week in al-Baydah governorate where the militiamen flattened the fellow citizens' houses upon them, slaughtering dozen of women, children and elderly".
His statement came as he delivered a speech today, Tuesday, at the deliberations of the 148th Session of the General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, held in Geneva.
The gathering brought together speakers of Parliaments and heads of the delegations from 18o parliaments.
