Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qasim Buhaibeh, discussed today in Aden with the Regional Director of the Save Children Organization cooperation between Yemen and the organization, prospects for its interventions in the health sector, and perceptions of plans for this intervention.
Dr. Buhaibeh pointed out the need for continued cooperation in terms of follow-up and joint evaluation and the promotion of interventions in nutrition and health that play a positive role in improving the health status of children.
He pointed to the remarkable improvement in the areas of coordination between the Ministry and the organization, which enhances the effective partnership between the two sides.. again emphasizing the need to intervene and support in aspects of capacity building in monitoring and evaluation of projects.
