Lahj Governor discusses with US organization service projects

Governor of Lahj General Lieutenant Ahmad Turky discussed Monday with a delegation of Mercy- USA headed by Regional Director of the organization Ghassan Hasani governorate's needs of service, development and humanitarian projects.

Turky praised efforts of the organization and its willing to contribute remarkably in the social domain and implementing its first interventions in implementing its developmental interventions in the province.

He pointed out that Lahj is one of the most need provinces of vital projects by the organization to help the province improve its development in fields of water, health, education, agriculture and livelihoods, uttering readiness of the local authority in providing facilitations to the organization to implement its humanitarian projects.

Director of Public Health Office in Lahj Saeb Abdulaziz told Saba that they provided Mercy-USA organization with studies and statistics on the province's needs of projects.
