Annual meetings between government and IMF held in Amman

Technical meetings are currently being held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, between Yemeni and the International Monetary Fund mission, as part of the Fund’s annual mission meetings to collect data and information and keep abreast about the status of the Yemeni economy, which began Virtually on the 25th of last May, and will continue in attendance from the 2nd to the 7th of this month.

The government delegation reviewed the latest developments in the economic, financial and monetary sectors, and the Houthi exploitation of the truce to wage a dangerous economic war on various fields and sectors of life, especially those that directly affect the lives and livelihood of citizens.
