He has congratulated Saudi Arabia's king and crown prince, the Sultan of Oman, the King of Bahrain, the Emir of Qatar, the UAE's president, the chairman of Sudan's sovereignty council, the Egyptian president, the Emir of Kuwait and other counterparts from other countries on the occasion. He wished welfare for them personally, success for their governments and continued prosperity for their nations.
