Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qasim Buhaibeh, discussed, today, with the advisor of the UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS), funded by the German Bank Shekar interventions in the health sector.

The Minister of Health praised the distinguished cooperation between the Ministry and UNOPS, stressing the need to adhere to the standards and specifications set by the Ministry and to provide guarantees for maintenance, training and operation.

The Minister of Health was briefed on the interventions in isolation centers and a number of health facilities in their various stages, as well as the rehabilitation of Dr. Amin Nasher Higher Institute of Health Sciences in Aden.
