Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the Scholarships Sector, Dr. Mazen Al-Jafri, discussed with the non-resident Ambassador of Indonesia to Yemen, Muhammad Izran, the possibility of increasing grants offered by Indonesian universities to Yemeni students, and providing the necessary facilities, in addition to discussing developments in the situation in Yemen in general.
Al-Jafri stressed the strength of the fraternal relations linking Yemen with Indonesia, praising Indonesia's positions in support of Yemen and the establishment of comprehensive peace.
Al-Jafri explained the importance of focusing during the next stage on enhancing joint cooperation in the cultural and academic aspects between the two countries, by strengthening the role of the ministry in the process of supervising scholarships offered by Indonesian universities to Yemeni students.
