Defense Minister meets with Civic International delegation

Minister of Defense (Lt Gen) Mohssen Ada'iri received today, Sunday, here in the temporary capital Aden a delegation from the Civic International organization for the civilian protection.

The session intended to discuss aspects of cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and the Civic organization about the protection of civilians amid conflicts.

The discussions touched upon the idea of training a number of officers and military personnel about the protection of civilians in the armed conflict regions.

General Ada'iri has demonstrated willingness to collaborate about the protection of the civilians, affirming that the Military Institution is very keen to respect the International Humanitarian Law, rules of engagements, never target the civilians.
