President al-Alimi receives governor of al-Mahrah

Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Rashad al-Alimi received Sunday governor of al-Mahrah Province Mohammad Ali Yasser discussing with him different situations, citizens' concerns and developmental projects in the province.

President al-Alimi was briefed by Governor Yasser on report regarding accomplished projects financed by local authority, brothers in the Arab Coalition and regional and international partners, praising specially interventions of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction in Yemen.

President al-Alimi praised the role of Mahrah's local authority and popular support from all of its people to sustainable development's projects away of any partial differences. He also praised the role of military and security apparatus in tightening security and stability in the province and combating smuggling, including Iranian weapons to the terrorist Houthi militia.

He issued directives to the government and the local authority in Mahrah to double efforts to enhance the rule of law and providing all facilitations to support private sector initiatives and funds.
