Chair of Consultations and Reconciliation Commission (CRC) Mohammed al-Ghaithi along with his deputies Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi, Sakher al-Wajeeh, Jamilla Ali Raja and Akram al-Amiri met today, Thursday, here with His Excellency Ambassador of the Republic of France to the Republic of Yemen Jan- Marie SAFA.
The discussions covered the political and economic developments in our country.
Houthis militias' rejection of the proposal put forward by the special envoy of the UN Secretary General aimed to extend and expansion the truce was also deliberately discussed.
The CRC's leadership called for a more decisive reaction by the International Community to the Houthis militias' intransigence.
They also reiterated the condemnation of the whole Yemeni political parties and constituencies of the Houthis militias' warnings against energy supplies and maritime navigation shipping lines.
The French Ambassador confirmed France's support for peace and stability in Yemen, reiterating his government's backing for the Presidential Leadership Council and legitimate government, appreciating the Presidential Leadership Council's support for the truce.
