Minister of Finance Salim bin Boreik met here today, Wednesday, with the Charged' Affairs of the Peoples' Republic of China's embassy in the Republic of Yemen Shao Ch'ing.
The session intended to discuss the Yemeni-Chinese bilateral cooperation, partnership and coordination in different spheres.
Bin Boreik touched upon the developments about the economic situations and the reforms the government has embarked on to manage the economic hardships, calling on the international community to support the government's efforts to achieve economic recovery, speed up the development drive.
The Minister sought for further Chinese collaboration, underling the need for Scan devices to support customs authorities at entrances, training national cadres.
The Chinese diplomat affirmed his country's continuing support for the Yemeni government and peoples in different fields.
