The Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Aredhah, chaired today, in the temporary capital, Aden, the periodic meeting of the board of directors of the Higher Judicial Institute, to discuss the efforts made with the competent authorities to meet the requirements for receiving graduating batch No (24) and complete the necessary arrangements for accepting the new batch and overcoming all difficulties.
The Minister stressed the importance of further activating the institutional work at the institute and developing performance at the administrative and scientific level, in line with the challenges facing the judiciary and its urgent need for a qualified judicial cadre armed with science and legal knowledge.
The Minister approved the formation of a committee to prepare the executive regulations for the Law of the Higher Judicial Institute No. (24) for the year 2022 AD.
The Council also approved that the submission to the Supreme Judicial Council in order to obtain permission to announce the reception of the batch of 200 students.
