He stressed the importance of presenting a comprehensive framework for the political process, stressing that the framework is the real test of intentions towards peace, with the need for the framework to include all relevant national, regional and international commitments and agreements, and the importance of forming the negotiating delegation of the Presidential Leadership Council, adding that continuing to deal with files in a manner Fragmented will not lead to any real progress in the solution.

For his part, the UN envoy briefed the presidency of the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission on the nature of his efforts for peace at the local, regional and international levels, stressing that he is making double efforts to ensure that war does not return during the next stage.
