Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Waed Badheeb discussed with the representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Dr. Hussein Jadin, the level of the organization's interventions and projects in a number of governorates, and the strengthening of joint coordination between the two sides.
The meeting touched on discussing the matrix of projects being implemented and the projects plan for the next phase in the agricultural and animal fields, and the measures taken that would contribute to the successful implementation of these projects, achieving their goals and ensuring that society benefits from them.
Minister Badheeb stressed the importance of coordination by FAO with government agencies to achieve integration among all regarding the implementation of interventions in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the plans prepared in advance, and to confront and overcome any obstacles.
