The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, met today, the President of the Senate of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Faisal Al-Fayez, as part of his official visit to the Kingdom.
The Minister affirmed that the Yemeni-Jordanian relations are solid and rooted relations stemming from the directives of the political leadership in the two countries, the great ties that unite the two brotherly peoples, and the unity of purpose and a common destiny, security, stability and development of Arab countries.
He reviewed the situation in our country since the Houthi coup against constitutional legitimacy, the human suffering faced by the Yemeni people as a result, and the government's efforts made to achieve a just and comprehensive peace. For his part, the President of the Jordanian Senate stressed the importance of strengthening relations between the two countries at all levels.
