The Decree of President of the Presidential Leadership Council No. (21) of 2022 issued Thursday.
The first article of the decree stipulates:

Judge Mohsen Yahya Taleb Abu Bakr is appointed a Chairman for the Supreme Judiciary Council
Judge Ali Ahmad Nasser al-Awash is appointed a Chairman for the Supreme Court
Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali Ebrahim, the Republic's General Prosecutor, is appointed a member in the Supreme Judiciary Council

Dr. Ali Abbosh Awadh Mohammed, the Secretary General for the Supreme Judiciary Council, is appointed a Member in the Supreme Judiciary Council

Judge Nadhem Hussein Salem Bawazeer is appointed a Chairman for the Judiciary Inspection Authority, a member in the Supreme Judiciary Council

Judge Sabah Ahmad Saleh al-Alwan is appointed a member in the Supreme Judiciary Council
Judge Abdulkarim Sa'ad Sharaf al-Nomani is appointed a member in the Supreme Judiciary Council and
Judge Mohammad Ali Abkar Mohammad Kaddish is appointed a member in the Supreme Judiciary Council.

The second article of the decree stipulated that the decree is valid since the date of its issuance and must be published in the State Gazette.
