Ambassador Yaseen discusses with French official latest developments in Yemen

Yemen's Ambassador to France Riyadh Yaseen discussed Friday with Deputy Head of Middle East and North Africa Department at French Foreign Ministry latest developments in Yemen.

He reviewed efforts and concessions made by the government of Yemen to make the UN truce successful and support to international efforts to end the war, pointing out that Houthi militia has not made any concession, rather it continues its siege on Taiz city.

For his part, the French official expressed his country's support to efforts exerted by the UN envoy for Yemen, confirming commitment of exerting more pressure on Houthi militia to deal positively with popular and international demands to end its siege on Taiz and open roads to alleviate suffering of the citizens.
