President of the Presidential Leadership Council Rashad al-Alimi and Vices of the President Sultan al-Erada, Abdullah al-Alimi and Othman Mujalli arrived Wednesday Doha coming from Egypt in the fourth leg of their foreign tour.
President and his vices will meet with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, and a number of Qatari officials for discussing mutual relations between the two countries and means of boosting and improving them.
They will also discuss latest developments in Yemen and international and regional efforts aiming for realizing peace and alleviating suffering of Yemeni people over Houthi militia's triggered war.
The president and his vices were received by State Minister for Qatari Foreign Affairs Sultan al-Mirikhi.
Upon arrival, President al-Alimi expressed in a statement to Saba his happiness and of his vices for visiting Qatar for discussing mutual relations and promoting them for serving interests of the two countries.
President al-Alimi praised big progress in Qatar under his brother Sheikh Tamim, including success of making preparations to host the World Cup Championship 2022, as most significant international sport event hosted by Arab region for the first time.
