President Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) received today, Tuesday, the second of his official visit to the state of Kuwait, in his residence at the Bayan Palace the Speaker of the Kuwait National Assembly Marzoq al-Ghanim.

Al-Ghanim welcomed al-Alimi and his accompanying delegation, celebrated Yemeni-Kuwaiti deeply rooted relationship.
He also praised the Yemeni community in Kuwait, saying Yemen ought to be part of the GCC due to common characteristics and interest.

President al-ALimi voiced his pleasure to visit the state of Kuwait, deeply appreciating the generous support provided by the Kuwaiti government and people to the Yemeni people in different fields and stages.

Foreign Minister Ahmed bin Mubarak, Minister of Planning Wa'id Batheeb and Minister of Health Qasem Buhaibeh and Executive Director of the Apparatus of Absorbing Donors' Pledges Afrah al-Zouba were in attendance .
