Deputy Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Saeed Al-Shammasi, discussed with the CEO of the American company Ceylon today in the temporary capital Aden investment opportunities and facilities available to companies operating in the field of oil and mining.

The meeting touched upon the prevailing and stimulating advantages and laws to encourage commercial and economic investment in the field of oil and mineral exploration and ways to increase projects and investments in the country during the next stage.

Dr. Al-Shamasi said that the Ministry of Oil and Minerals seeks to explore and develop the oil and mineral sectors through cooperation between national companies and foreign companies in accordance with the regulations and systems, and in a way that contributes to creating attractive opportunities and an encouraging investment environment. He affirmed the government's keenness to provide all the necessary facilities to ensure the success of the investment companies' work.
