MASAM Removes 798 Landmines During First Week of June
The MASAM Project implemented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) to clear Yemeni land of mines has removed 798 landmines and explosive remnants of war during the first week of June.

Shura Council: There is pressing need for national reconciliation

RIYADH - SABA
The Shura Council held session here today presided over by the Speaker Dr. Ahmed Obeid bin Dagher devoted to discuss the latest developments in the national arena.

The discussions held on the sideline of the Yemeni-Yemeni consultations called for by the General Secretariat of the GCC, held in Riyadh from March 30 to April 7.

The members of the Council have highlighted the increasingly growing need for an inclusive national reconciliation to cement the internal front and help the country to manage the challenges it has been facing.

The Council has approved a suggestion for holding joint session with the Parliament to explore visionary plan to get the country out of its dilemma.

The Shura Council also called on the Houthis to immediately respond to the GCC's and the Arab Coalition's initiative for a cease-fire to prepare for a nation-wide inclusive national dialogue.
