President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi convened a meeting this evening included Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohsen Saleh and Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik.
The session devoted to discuss a range of topical issues and the political, economic and military developments in the national landscape.
The government's plans, efforts and steps have been taken to handle the economic hardships was key focus of the discussions.
President Hadi emphasized the importance of the economic stability and improving the national currency exchange rate to boost security and social stability.
He urged further efforts and hard-work to mitigate the impacts of the economic hardships and improve peoples' living conditions.
The Prime Minister cited the government's ongoing action-plans and efforts to manage the economic challenges and improve basic services.
He also reported about his meeting with the Deputy Minister of Defense in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia his Royal Highness Prince Khaled bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
