Polish humanitarian interventions in Marib discussed

Deputy Governor of Marib Abd-Rabu Miftah discussed Tuesday with the President of the Polish Humanitarian Interventions Mission in Yemen humanitarian interventions in Marib in field of education and child protection.

The president of the organization briefed Miftah on the organization's activities and fields of its expected interventions and work in Marib during the forthcoming period.

He showed understanding of the humanitarian suffering in Yemen in general and in Marib in particular in this critical period, pointing out that his visit to Marib aims at inspecting the humanitarian situations in the province and visiting camps of displaced people and inspecting their conditions and responding to their needs.

Miftah confirmed promoting level of performance and speeding up of implementing humanitarian program to contribute in alleviating suffering of the displaced people, especially in winter.

Pointed out to Houthi militia's attempts to deviate the humanitarian track and hindering all international efforts to end suffering of Yemeni people.
