The National Committee to Investigate Alleged Violations to Human Rights held Monday, through Zoom technology, the fifth training workshop on criminal accountability on major violations of human rights using principles and mechanisms of transitional justice.

The workshop, which comes in the framework of cooperation between the committee and the International Center for Transitional Justice, touched upon points of criminal accountability of violators and working on activating them, as well as challenges faced international prosecutions of perpetrators in a number of countries.

International Expert of the Center for South Africa Haroud Farny reviewed the most important experiments of the transitional justice in a number of countries and means of using them in the Yemeni real situation.
