Houthi militia has recklessly politicized judiciary, says minister
[06/12/2021 05:28]

CAIRO - SABA
Minister of Justice Badr al-Aredha reprimanded the putschist Houthi militia for deeply politicizing judiciary, illegally amending national laws to impose a racist sectarian doctrine.

He said " The spoiler role terrorist Houthi militia has been undertaking has badly affected the Yemeni judiciary, actively contributed to breaking down the state's institutions including judicial system which has been controlled by the militiamen".
His remark came as he contributed to the session of the Council of Arab Justice Ministers held in Cairo.

He went on saying that the worst is that the militia leadership has illegally embarked on amending the conventional laws in order to establish a class-based society based on the militia's ultra- sectarian religious doctrine.

" The militia has issued an executive order termed as "Al-Khoms Internal bylaw- means one fifth" to allocate one fifth of the nation's income to Houthi group who claimed to be belonging to the Hashemite people.
