Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Nouakchott, Mauritania, Dr. Salim al-Eradah met today with the Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ismail Weld Sheikh Ahmed.
The session aimed to discuss Yemeni-Mauritanian bilateral ties and cooperation.
Al-Eradah updated Weld Sheikh on the latest developments in Yemen including Houthi militia's ongoing military operations on Marib governorate.
He cited the current aggressive military operations by Houthi militiamen against the District of al-Abidia which has been subjected to choking besiege and crack down arrest campaign against the villagers.
The Mauritian Minister affirmed his country's support for Yemen's unity, security and stability.
