Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mansour Zaid for the International Cooperation Sector, inaugurated today, in the temporary capital, Aden, a training workshop for the second batch of surveyors of the Food Security and Livelihoods Program implemented by the World Food Program in partnership with UNICEF and FAO, and under the supervision of the Ministry of Planning.
Surveyors from the governorates of Aden, Lahj, Al Dhale'e, Abyan, Taiz and Hodeidah are participating in the five-day training workshop, and they were distributed in groups.
Zaid stressed the importance of the workshop, and urged the participants to sense responsibility and make maximum use of the knowledge and skills presented in the workshop and to ensure their application in practice during the data collection process.
