Yemeni-Bangladeshi bilateral relations discussed

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak and his Bangladeshi counterpart Abu al-Kalam Abdul-Moamen covered today over bilateral ties and relations between the two countries.

The discussions took place on the sidelines of the deliberations held in Belgrade to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Non-Alignment Movement.

The conversations touched upon the latest developments in Yemen amid Iran-allied Houthi militia's ongoing military operations against Marib and Shabwa governorates.

The Foreign Minister of Bangladesh voiced his country's solidarity with the Yemeni legitimate government and its support for the UN-led peace efforts to make permanent peace in Yemen.
