The Chief of Marib Authority Hospital Mohammad Qubati discussed with the team of the World Health Organization, who visits the province under the presidency of Sarah Halima, humanitarian partnership between the authority and the organization and support the organization provides in field of emergency and, labs., care and operations.
The meeting, which was attended by Director of Public Health Office in Marib Abdul-Aziz al-Shaddadi, discussed also expanding future partnership between the two parties in field of medicating injuries, taking care of emergency cases, building active system for years and training and qualifying the authority's cadre in fields of emergency cases.
The team inspected the services provided by the authority and its bed capacity and pressure it faces under Houthi militia's continuous war on Marib and nearby provinces, in addition to incidents caused by damaged roads received by the authority.
Earlier, the team made inspection visit to emergency section, central laboratory, blood bank, intensive care unit and operation rooms to inspect equipment and needs by the hospital.
