Minister Buhaibeh discusses with WHO health, population project

Minister of Public Health and Population Qasem Buhaibeh discussed Saturday with the team of the World Health Organization through video-conferencing technical details of the draft project to be implemented with financing from the World Bank.

The WHO's Team, headed by Adham Rashad, provided explanation on the project's components and how to make use of it to improve performance of health sector.

Minister Buhaibeh confirmed the significance of the key roles of the organization and the World Bank to help health sector in Yemen.

Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population for Primary Healthcare Ali al-Walidi provides a review on the pandemic situation in the country and procedures taken by the ministry in this regard , as well as vaccination process against COVID-19.
