Minister of Water and Environment, Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, discussed with the Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Kang Yong the possibility of supporting the water sector in Yemen, which has been severely damaged due to the war launched by the Houthi militia on various governorates.
Al-Sharjabi touched on the current water situation in Yemen, the technical and human capabilities of the ministry and the urgent needs to meet the growing demand for water supplies and limit the depletion of limited water resources.
