In a telephone call with the newly appointed UN Envoy to Yemen Hans Grunberg, Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmad Nasser Al Subah stressed significance of implementing Saudi initiative for peace in Yemen and the three agreed upon references; the GCC Initiative, outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and UN Resolution 2216.
Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) reported statements to Kuwaiti foreign minister in which he confirmed his country's support to new UN envoy's efforts and measures for the peace in Yemen.
