Masam demines 1240 mines during the fort week of July

King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Activities Center's Masam Project for Cleansing Yemeni Lands has removed 1240 landmines during the fourth week of past July.

Iran-backed Houthi militia laid these mines randomly in populated areas, schools and roads in different provinces.
The center made it clear that the removed mines varied; 7 anti-persons, 894 anti-tanks, 336 unexploded ordinances and 3 explosives.

It pointed out that the total number of mines the project has removed since the beginning of its work have reached 265037, and the project continues its work of cleansing Yemeni territories and facing direct threat against lives of Yemeni people.
