HRITC condemns Houthi shelling of Taiz neighborhoods

The Human Rights and Information Training Center in Taiz has condemned the Houthi militia's continuous shelling on neighborhoods in the central Yemeni city since early today, Saturday July 24, 2021.

Houthi shells have been landing on the neighborhoods in the 30-meter road at Almaleehiya area of Mudhaffar district and three people including two children have been injured so far.

On the other side of the town, Maqbana district, a Houthi sniper shot injured a 65 year old lady by the name Niamah Rashed No'aman

The Iran-backed theocratic militia has been fighting to expand into the government-held territories and been besieging Taiz city for more than six years.
