The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Yemen's Information Minister has unveiled that that Houthi militia are looting governmental banks in the central Yemen's Al Beidha in anticipation of the army's advance and capture of the city.

Muammar al-Eryani told Saba, the militia are looting the banks in Al Beidha, the capital of a province with the same name, as they prepare to flee.
The Yemeni army has reclaimed vast swaths of territory from the Iran-backed theocratic militia's control in the past couple of days.
