ADEN – SABA
The first batches of Yemenis stranded in India arrived at Aden International Airport, amidst strict health measures set by the Ministry of Health and Population.
Deputy Health Minister, Dr. Shawqi Al-Sharjabi, told Saba that the ministry, in coordination with a number of relevant authorities, has taken a number of precautionary measures that are consistent with the protocols of the World Health Organization in dealing with coronavirus.
He pointed out that medical teams with a qualitative specialization began their tasks upon the arrival of the passengers by taking laboratory samples, carrying out spraying and sterilization, and collecting the full measures on the returnees.
