Oil prices rose today, Thursday, ending a three-day losing streak, recovering from their lowest levels in 16 weeks, but expectations of increased supply from "OPEC+" next month limited the gains.

RIYADH - SABA
Yemen's Information Minister said the Houthi militia are not able to make any gains nor win any battles but by exploiting rifts amongst Yemenis.
In a statement to Saba, Muammar al-Eryani said, "The experiences Yemen saw in the past years have proved that the Iran-backed Houthi militia have no popular support nor the potential of sustainability."
"They are not able to make any gains nor win any battles but by exploiting rifts amongst Yemenis and their survival is dependent on the continued rivalry and differences amongst the national stakeholders."
"Since their emergence through their overthrow of the government and sabotage of the national consensus, the terrorist Houthi militia attacked all Yemenis without discrimination."
Al-Eryani called on Yemen's political leaders, tribal chieftains and everyone to overcome their national differences in this defining battle.
