President al-Alim Calls for Wide-Ranging National Alignment to Restore State Institutions, Eliminate Coup

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged all Yemeni people to align themselves behind the State Proposal, support the Armed Forces in the security services in the ongoing battle to restore the State institutions and eliminate the coup. Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammer al-Eryani condemned with the most powerful words the Iran-allied Houthi militia's ballistic missile and laden-explosives drone attacks on the gasoline station in the city of Marib on Saturday.

The terrorist attack resulted in killing 17 civilians among of them 5-year girl and injuring five more.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) Al-Eryani called on the international community, the UN and the two envoys to Yemen Mr. Griffiths and Mr. Lenderking to denounce this heinous crime which amounts to the war-crimes.

The Minister also called for re-designating Houthi militia as an international terrorist group.
